Hairshaft Salon is operating under a different name but is part of Lucy Britanico salon family having Ms. Lucy and her husband, Mr. Fred Penales as the primary movers in the establishment ad operation of the business.

The success of the owners in their chosen field of hairdressing is rooted from their passion and dedication to work. The company’s rosters of clients belong to the A and B crowd in the likes of Senator Loren Legarda, Madame Nedy Tantoco, Ms. Vicky Belo and other socialites and celebrities.

The growth of the business does not end with the expansion and opening of other branches. Even at the prime of their careers, the owners still manages to attend annual hair and beauty conventions here and abroad in places like Europe,

America, Canada and Asian Countries to get updated with the latest in the industry and seek hairdressing education internationally a clear indication that the owners are not one to rest on laurels. And to keep up with the increasing needs and demands of clients the management continues to upgrade their mission-vision in the business, but still in line with the motto of the company that we are a “SALON THAT CARES.”
Toeing the line of the salon’s long term goal of making the clients fully satisfied and happy, it is the mission of the company to deliver a fast service, clean, quality work, and creates awareness to all salons and hairdressers that healthy hair condition should be the outmost concern in this field of service and be concern of not just a quality but more so of providing a luxurious service at a very competitive price to all its clients. But the most important factor that keeps the salon going is the Faith that they keep in the Almighty.
