UP VILLAGE QC. In such a short time, we were able to create a niche market for men and women, generally 14 – 60 years old, who needs pampering that is simple, unhurried, no fuss, VERY RELAXING … VERY AFFORDABLE.
Encouraged by the markets response to what we offer, NAIL FILES branched out to a more competitive environment in KATIPUNAN at the G/F of ONE BURGUNDY PLAZA March 2009 to test if its business model will work in a totally different set of clients ( mostly students – ATENEO, MIRIAM, UP etc ) . It did. Just like the first location, we achieved more than break even point on the first month alone and doubled sales after six months. And more than that , we were able to prove that a system is in place. Hence, we would like to cover a wider market to include the whole of Metro Manila and subsequently open in other parts of the country thru FRANCHISING.
As such, we have successfully opened our FIRST FRANCHISED BRANCH in LA SALLE TAFT October 2009.
We predicted it to do very well and it did. Its now official, La Salle, Benilde and St Scho loves NAIL FILES.
On the same year, we also opened the branch in DON ANTONIO HEIGHTS to cater to the villages around – BF HOMES, MAPAYAPA, DON ANTONIO, DON ENRIQUE, TIVOLI, VISTA REAL etc. and FAIRVIEW and to boost further our presence in the area, our 4th branch in FEU REGALADO March of the following year. THAT GIVES NAIL FILES A TOTAL OF 5 IN BARELY TWO YEARS.
May 16, 2010, we conquered a new milestone … NAIL FILES FIRST PROVINCIAL BRANCH and FIRST SMBRANCH – NAILFILES SM ROSARIO , CAVITE. .. new challenge, new market. nothing scary though. We are prepared.
To date, NAIL FILES has a total of 18 branches. New branches are set to open in the coming months. Its not an easy task but we are always inspired at how clients gravitate to NAIL FILES anywhere we open. I actually think, the market is also prepared for NAIL FILES … for the kind of pampering … VERY RELAXING … VERY AFFORDABLE.
The core of our business is our back to basic approach in the kind of pampering that we give. Our services are based not on technology or the latest craze in the market but on touch therapy. Our ambience is soothing. Dim lighting, soft music … aromatherapy. the kind that would make you doze off sleep. Some clients even think its an escape from the outside world. NAIL FILES is nothing fancy. We focus on what is only basic and necessary to cater to the needs of the client for maximum relaxation.
