Drink lots and lots of water

Rule of thumb is to drink one glass of water for every cup of coffee. For a healthier caffeine fix, reach for green tea. It’s got antioxidants that’s good for the skin.
Add a face oil to your routine
Face oils are able to penetrate deeper into the skin. You’ll get more nutrients where your skin needs it the most. It’s very versatile, too! You can mix it straight into your foundation for instant glow. You can also use it to give yourself a facial massage. This boosts circulation, so your skin gets more oxygen and nutrients.
Take your vitamins
Aside from your multivitamins, take extra Vitamin E, fish oil capsules, and Vitamin C. Your body needs these to produce healthy skin cells.
Use cold compresses
Before you go to bed, place tea bags or 2 spoons in the refrigerator. Then, when you wake up, press these against your eyes. Ooooooh, refreshing! The cold helps reduce puffiness. Tea bags also have an astringent effect, which tightens the skin.
Cover dark circles with a color corrector

Add glow and color with cream products
A pink cream blush or bronzer helps your skin look lit-from-within. Dab at the center, fleshiest part of your cheeks and blend outwards. When you’re puyat, a cream formula is better over powder. You want that healthy moisture and sheen. Like you woke up gorgeous, even when you feel like hell.
