Despite the rainy weather, beauty buffs from all over the country didn’t miss Cosmopolitan Philippines first-ever BEAUTYCON at the SMX Convention Center.
On August 31, day one of the Cosmo Beautycon, industry experts like makeup artist Albert Kurniawan, hairstylist Lourd Ramos, content creator Janina Vela, beauty entrepreneurs Liz Lanuzo, Denice St, and Rissa Manaquil Trillo, stylist Em Millan were featured in talks and demos.
Celebrity Mikee Quintos, renowned photographer Shaira Luna, and skin expert and dermatologist Vicki Belo also graced the event.
One of the highlights of day one was the talk of Youtube star Alex Gonzaga on how she keeps it real on her Youtube channel and social media accounts.
On September 1, day two of the Cosmo Beautycon, attendees were able to watch a live makeup demo by beauty influencer Raiza Contawi. One lucky attendee experienced how it is to be glammed up by Raiza herself, creating a K-pop inspired look using makeup products that don’t break the bank.
On the same day, Youtubers Rei Germar and Winnie Wong, beauty business owners Kris Bernal and Anne Clutz, photographer Andrei Suleik, actress Kyline Alcantara, and TV Host Gonzales also joined the fun.
The highlight of the second daw was a heart-to-heart talk featuring actress, artist, and fashion and beauty icon Heart Evangelista who had a fun chat with the audience about all things beauty.
And oh, she surprised us all when she brought along her dog Panda. Such a cutie!
