Smooth, unblemished skin is first on the agenda for many women, especially if their bodies are tainted by bulging veins, wrinkles caused by age or an unhealthy lifestyle, skin discoloration that comes from too much sun exposure, or scars resulting from illnesses or accidents.
What the Nd: YAG laser technology does is to aim pulses of laser on specific skin targets, with the right amount of energy and the appropriate wavelength matching the condition. Cutera’s Nd: YAG is specified as ‘long pulse’ laser and is designed for skin revitalization that removes scars, dark spots, and fine lines. Its use also stimulates the production of collagen, a nutrient that the body produces to rejuvenate and protect our epidermis.
